A labor charge will be applied to breakfast, lunch and dinner functions with fewer than 25 guests. A fee of $400 per bartender will be applied to all bars for up to three hours of service.
Additional hours may be added at $75 per hour per bartender. Carvers, chefs and additional wait staff are available at $400 per person for a three-hour period. Additional hours may be added at $75.
Waiter service hours including setup and teardown are two hours for Breakfast, two hours for Luncheon, three hours for Dinner, and three hours for Reception/Dinner.
If the event extends beyond these times, additional labor charges of $50 per waiter per hour or portion thereof will apply. Please see Catering and Event Manager for more information.
