Key Cards


Customized guest room keys can add to your marketing efforts and make your attendees feel more special. You can select the artwork and design that is appropriate for your event. The minimum lead time for ordering keys is six to eight weeks so that any changes can be made easily.

The quantity to be ordered should be approximately three times your peak room night room block so that sufficient keys are available for multiple occupancy, lost keys, requests for duplicates, etc.

Keys can be provided for meeting rooms as needed. For meeting rooms that need to be re-keyed, there is a charge for reprogramming/cylinder replacement of the lock. The charge is per door and can be placed on your master account.

Some meeting room doors use metal keys. All metal keys that are issued must be returned at the conclusion of the meeting. If a metal key is not returned, a charge may be applied to the group master account.

Electronic meeting room keys are coded on a different system than guest room keys. Thus, any request for meeting room keys should be made in advance through your Catering or Event Manager...
